Can my order be gift wrapped?
Yes! After adding your item to your cart, you have the option of selecting gift wrapping and entering a free personal message to be printed on a card. Please note that there is an extra charge of 25 AED for gift wrapping services.
I want to send the gift direct to the recipient. Do you include billing information in the gift box/parcel?
We do not send any paperwork in our packages; everything will be sent to you over email. We also do not include any retail prices on our tags.
Can I include a gift message or note with my order?
Absolutely! For our Gift Sets, you will have the option to add your free gift message on the product page. For all other items, you will have the option to include a free personalised message or note with your gift during the checkout process.
Can I send an order with a gift note but without a gift box?
Yes, absolutely. Our gift notes are free - simply add your note during the checkout process.
Will all of my items fit in one gift box? How do I know the size?
To ensure the perfect fit, we have three different sizes of gift boxes available. We will select the most appropriate size for your order. If your order is too large, we will happily split it into two gift boxes with no extra cost.
What happens if I am not satisfied with my order?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at hello@thehappygiftco.com. We want to ensure that all our customers are happy with their experience. For returns, please refer to our Refund Policy. Please remember that personalised items cannot be refunded or exchanged, except in cases of incorrect personalisation.
What if my items are damaged or incorrect?
If you've received a damaged or incorrect item, reach out to our support team at hello@thehappygiftco.com. Please attach a photo of the damaged or incorrectly shipped item and include the order number.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not yet shipped, you can cancel it by contacting us at hello@thehappygiftco.com. If your order has already shipped, you will need to follow our return policy to initiate a return.

How long will it take to receive my personalised item?
To ensure the utmost quality of our products, we require 7 days from the time you place your order to complete the production process.
This means that from the date of order placement, your item will be ready to ship within 7 days. We understand that timely delivery is important to our customers, which is why we make every effort to process orders as quickly as possible without compromise in quality.
