Return Policy

What is your return policy?

Our returns policy allows for a refund within 14 days of receiving the item, provided the item is in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

We do not accept returns on clearance or final sale items.

A 20 AED courier collection charge will apply on returns and will be deducted from the total amount.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for the return.

Personalised items return policy

We offer personalised items that are unique to each customer. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or damaged. If your item arrives in a damaged or faulty condition, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it.

If your item is deemed faulty or damaged, we will replace it with a new item or issue a refund.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on personalised items for any other reason.

What is your exchange policy?

We do not offer exchanges, if you require a different item, you will need to place a new order online and return the original item for a refund.

Returning a gift

An item that was received by you as a gift can be returned for an exchange or e-gift card.

Refunds can only be made to the original credit or debit card on which the gift was purchased. An email will be sent to the person who made the original purchase when the refund is completed. This does not affect the purchaser's legal rights.

If a gift you receive is faulty, please arrange for the purchaser to contact us via email on hello@thehappygiftco.com, and we will order a replacement.

How to Return

How to return

To arrange a return, please email hello@thehappygiftco.com with your order number and email address.

We will then arrange a courier to come and collect your item(s).

You will be notified via email as soon as your return has been processed. This can sometimes be a few days after we receive your parcel at our warehouse – if you want to check that your order has been received, please use the tracking option provided by the courier company.

How long will it take to process my return?

Once your parcel has been received by our team, it can take up to five days to process your return.

Please remember it can take three to four days after we have processed a refund payment for it to appear on your credit-card statement.
