Free UAE Standard Delivery on orders over 300 AED
Free UAE Standard Delivery is available on all orders over 300 AED. Production and delivery will take around 7 days from when you place your order. We deliver to all Emirates.
UAE Standard Delivery on orders under 300 AED
For orders under 300 AED, we will apply a charge of 20 AED for UAE Standard Delivery. Production and delivery will take around 7 days from when you place your order. We deliver to all Emirates.
GCC Shipping
Delivery will take around 1 week - 10 days from the time you place your order.
The Shipping fees are:
Saudi Arabia - 50 AED
Kuwait - 50 AED
Bahrain - 50 AED
Qatar - 50 AED
Oman - 50 AED
Please note that any custom charges or taxes will be paid by the customer.
International shipping
We ship worldwide! Please check the list on the checkout page for your country. We charge a flat shipping rate as shown below.

Standard International Shipping - 120 AED for orders under 800 AED
Free International shipping for orders over 800 AED
Postal Lead Times & Parcel Tracking:
Packages will take around 2-3 weeks to arrive, you will recieve the tracking number for your parcel once we have dispacted your items.
IMPORTANT: By placing an international order you are acknowledging that you may have to pay duty taxes and custom charges required for your country. Please ensure you are aware of any possible charges you may incur in order to receive the goods. The Happy Gift Co. is not liable for any of these additional charges.
Failure to pay duties and taxes on your shipment will result in your parcel being returned to The Happy Gift Co. and no refund provided.
Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?
If you wish to cancel or change your order shortly after it has been placed, please contact us on Email or Whatsapp.
Please note that if your order has been shipped, you will no longer be able to cancel the order and will have to follow our Return Policy.
For personalised items, please contact us as soon as possible on Email or Whatsapp. We will try our best to accommodate any changes.
How can I track my order?
Full tracking information will be provided as soon as it is available from the courier. This will be sent to you via Whatsapp once your item has left our warehouse.
What do I do if I put the wrong address/contact details?
If you need to modify any information or rectify any mistakes in your order, please contact us via via Email or Whatsapp as soon as possible, providing the order number and correct details. Our team will do their best to promptly address the situation with our courier. Keep in mind that if the item is already at a depot, you will have to coordinate either a collection or a re-delivery.
